RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF NEW JERSEY'S NEW INTERACTIVE WEB SITE, WWW.RDNJ.ORG, IS EASIER TO FIND AND EASIER TO USE

Denville, N.J., April 8, 1999 — The Research and Development (R&D) Council of New Jersey unveiled its new web site, www.rdnj.org. Easier to navigate and more user-friendly, visitors can find member company lists, upcoming conferences, newsletters, recent press releases on the Council's activities, as well as information on how to join. The "members only" section allows Council members to access this section via password to find an up-to-date membership directory and minutes from Board of Directors and Committee meetings.

The site is complete with information on R&D Council committees, awards, meetings and will soon offer links to member companies' web sites. Future developments for the "members only" section include technical papers, bulletin board postings and interactive forums. Visitors to www.rdnj.org can contact R&D Council management via email and obtain Council office phone and fax numbers.

In addition, internet users can request more information on the Council and its events such as the Council-sponsored conference on May 13, 1999, "R&D as an Investment for Business Growth: Success Stories for Now and the Future," which will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lucent Technologies in Holmdel, N.J.
