The Research & Development Council of New Jersey Awards
Engineering/Technician Scholarships to Deserving Students
DENVILLE, N.J., August. 1, 2006 - The Research & Development Council of New Jersey, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the
advancement of research and development throughout the state, has once again awarded Engineering/Technician Scholarships to 12 deserving
community college students.
Each year, the Council awards $1500 scholarships to students in engineering, science and technology-related fields who are enrolled in
any of New Jersey’s community colleges. Grade point average, major field of interest, extra-curricular activities, financial need, other
awards and career goals after college are all taken into consideration. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of
The R&D Council’s member companies.
This year’s contributing members are:
