NJ Inventors Hall of Fame Nominations Accepted DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MAY 31 The New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame celebrates the spirit of invention and recognizes innovation by honoring New Jersey inventors and inventions. The committee endeavors to illustrate the economic link between invention and the state economy while promoting the value of science, math, technology and engineering education. Originally established in 1989 at NJIT to honor individuals and corporations who have made New Jersey the "Innovation State", the Inventors Hall of Fame has joined forces with the Research & Development Council and has become a Committee of the Council.
